Shipping Terms

Parcel Service:

Delivery is typically made through the parcel service DHL.

Shipping costs within Germany:

The shipping costs for delivery within Germany are 8.00 euros plus any possible bulky goods charges for packages longer than 120cm, amounting to 20 euros. (Prices including VAT)
If a bulky goods surcharge applies, the shop will add this surcharge to the postage for an order once.

Shipping costs outside of Germany within Europe:

The shipping costs for delivery outside of Germany within Europe are 25.00 euros plus any possible bulky goods charges for packages longer than 120cm, amounting to 45 euros. (Prices including VAT)
If a bulky goods surcharge applies, the shop will add this surcharge to the postage for an order once.

Shipping costs outside of Europe:

The shipping costs for delivery outside of Europe are 45.00 euros plus any possible bulky goods charges for packages longer than 120cm, amounting to 65 euros. (Prices including VAT)
If a bulky goods surcharge applies, the shop will add this surcharge to the postage for an order once.

Payment Terms

We offer payment through prepayment, PayPal, and PayOne.
We do not charge an additional fee for any of these payment methods.
